Strand Properties was founded in Spain by Anssi and Sirena Kiviranta, the Finnish entrepreneurs behind several successful companies including Bo LKV. From the start, the company has carried a strong Scandinavian identity, reflected in our approach to quality, transparency, and design, and recognised through the Design from Finland mark.
In just a few years, we have grown into one of the most recognised names on the Costa del Sol, reaching high-end clients from across Europe and beyond. Today we also operate across Finland, from vibrant city centres to the unique wilderness of Finnish Lapland. We have since extended our reach further, with a presence now on the French Riviera as well.
